Palm Lake Care is seeking a People Advisor at our Bethania community in Queensland. You’ll work closely with leaders to address day-to-day people issues, interpret Awards, and support recruitment, onboarding and employee relations in a hands-on, community-based role.
You’ll be embedded with a People Business Partner across Talent, ER and Safety, or Performance & Engagement, contributing to a supportive, values-led workplace in the aged care sector.
