About the role You will lead the front-end side of the construction practice, advising on the contracts and documentation that set major projects up for success. You will:

Advise on, draft and negotiate construction,



procurement and development contracts

Advise principals, developers and government clients on project delivery and risk allocation

Lead and mentor lawyers on front-end matters

Work directly with the construction partner on complex, high-value matters

What you'll bring

9+ years' PAE with a solid front-end construction focus

Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate

Deep experience drafting and negotiating construction and procurement contracts

Commercial judgement and the ability to lead and mentor a team

Additional information

$210K - $250K + super, set by experience
