Internal Sales & Administration Coordinator

Temp - Perm | Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm | No Weekend Work

Our client is a well-established Australian business with a strong history dating back to 1990. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a

friendly, organised and reliable Internal Sales & Administration Coordinator

to join their team.

This is a varied role combining

internal sales, customer service, order processing and administration . You'll be working closely with customers, suppliers, distributors and internal teams to ensure orders and enquiries are handled efficiently.

About the Role Your responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming calls and managing customer enquiries

Responding to customer emails and providing product information

Processing customer orders accurately into the system

Following up quotes, orders, stock availability and deliveries

Liaising with factories, distributors and other branches





Sending stock reports and customer communications

Maintaining customer records and order notes

Providing general administration and office support

Assisting with light internal sales when required

About You We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in

administration, internal sales or customer service

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities

Qualified, friendly and customer-focused

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Basic sales knowledge or willingness to learn

Willing to learn new products and system

Experience in

wholesale, office furniture, manufacturing or distribution

is an advantage but not essential.

What's On Offer

$35-$40 per hour , depending on experience

Full-time hours - Monday to Friday

8:30am - 5:00pm

No weekend work
