Employment Hero is seeking a Conversion (CRO) Designer to join our Website CRO team, reporting directly to the CRO Manager. You will shape the experimentation lifecycle across our website, converting insights and hypotheses into explicit, high-converting design variants to drive growth and optimize the candidate/customer funnel. Your focus includes turning analytics into test variants, leveraging AI workflows to go from brief to clickable prototype, and evolving design systems for scalable patterns
