We're Hiring - Staff Java Engineer (Backend Services)

We are seeking an experienced Staff Java Engineer with solid expertise in backend development, microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services while collaborating with engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Key Skills and Experience

- Strong hands‑on experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.
- Expertise in REST APIs, microservices architecture, Kafka, event streaming, and system integration.
- Experience with AWS services, including Lambda, S3, IAM, and Amazon Bedrock.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and automated deployment processes.




- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CloudFront, and cloud-native application deployment.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal, AWS Step Functions, or Apache Flink.
- Understanding of application security, compliance, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with automated testing, monitoring, and observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Observe, or Obstack.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within Agile engineering teams.
