Bupa Carlton urgent care clinic and General Practice is recruiting an Assistant Practice Manager for a fixed-term contract to mid-2027, with potential extension or permanency within Bupa. You’ll work closely with the Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, rostering, recruitment and financial oversight, while coaching the team to meet goals and improve the patient experience.
The position is 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5:30pm with occasional short-notice roster
