Arcare Logan Reserve is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations of a 91-bed residence, delivering nutritious meals while upholding high safety and quality standards.
You will design menus, supervise staff, manage inventory and budget, and collaborate with dietitians to meet residents’ dietary needs. This is a fixed-term, full time 6-month contract based at the Logan Reserve site.
