The Gold Coast Heart Centre provides cardiac treatment and cardiac investigative services across the Gold Coast. We are seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist/Administrator to become an integral part of our qualified team.

Key responsibilities
Reception duties, including responding to patient enquiries Scheduling appointments and diary management Liaising with patients regarding confirmation of appointments, fees and preparation required for testing Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner Maintaining incoming correspondence via Medical Objects and fax Sending Referral reminder notifications via SMS Coordinating inpatient testing with hospital departments Preparation of clinics for cardiac testing and consultation Maintain accurate clinic invoicing, receipting and daily banking About you Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised,



able to multitask and prioritise workload under pressure Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required Previous experience as a medical receptionist is desirable Strong attention to detail Hard working, driven and motivated
