Gelatissimo is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Training Store in Watsons Bay, Sydney. You’ll lead daily operations, drive sales and ensure outstanding customer experiences while training current franchisees and team members.

You’ll trial new products with the Product Development team, support marketing campaigns, and help shape store standards across the network. A hands-on leader who owns operations and coaching will thrive here.
