Newmont Australia is seeking an Advisor, People Case Management to lead Tier 2 ‘Respect at Work’ investigations across our Australian operations. You will plan and execute investigations into misconduct on protected grounds, coordinating interviews and delivering findings with recommended actions.
The role is based in Brisbane or Perth on a permanent full time basis, with eligibility to work in Australia and opportunities to support continuous improvement of investigation processes.
