Lead a multi-skilled civil team delivering maintenance and construction works across public infrastructure. This permanent full time role combines hands-on technical support, team leadership and daily operational coordination. This position is internally referred to as a Multi-Skilled, Team Member – Civil.

Duties

- Lead, coach and support a multi-skilled civil team.
- Plan and allocate crews, plant, equipment and materials.
- Deliver and oversee roads, footpaths, kerbs, drainage and paving works.
- Monitor work quality,



productivity, WHS and environmental requirements.
- Coordinate delivery with Council teams, contractors and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, guide and performance-manage staff.
- Practical multi-skilled civil maintenance or construction experience.
- HR driver licence, or willingness to obtain within six months.
- White Card, or willingness to obtain on commencement.
- Fit for manual handling; clear communication and confident Office/Outlook use.
