$1,500 retention bonus payable after successful completion of probation.

Wynnum - Full-time (38 hrs/week)
Week 1
- Monday: 07:30 - 16:00
- Tuesday: 15:00 - 22:30
- Thurs-Fri: 07:30 - 15:00
Week 2
- Tuesday: 07:30 - 15:00
- Wed-Thurs: 15:00 - 22:30
- Saturday: 07:30 - 18:00
- Sunday: 07:30 - 19:30
Cleveland - Part-time (24 hrs/week)
- Friday: 15:00 - 21:30
- Saturday: 14:30 - 21:30
- Sunday: 14:30 - 18:30
- Monday: 15:00 - 21:30
What you'll do
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft and ensure safety
- Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV for suspicious activity
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and medical situations
- Apply First Aid and CPR when required
- Control access to restricted areas and loading docks
- Resolve conflict using calm de-escalation techniques
- Complete accurate incident reports and security documentation
What we're looking for
- Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional presentation and high level of integrity
- Availability to work the advertised roster
- Driver's Licence and reliable transport (preferred)
