Muffin Break Charlestown is now looking for a Barista / Customer Service Superstar to join the team!
The successful applicant will:
- have a minimum of 2 years barista experience and a solid understanding of dosage, extraction and latte art
- be able to handle busy periods by themselves on the coffee machine and maintain speed and quality
- have a passion for customer service
- be sales focused including being able to suggestive sell to achieve budgets
- be honest, reliable and have weekday and weekend availabilities for a casual roster of 4 - 5 shifts per week with limited requests for time off
- be willing to work independently as well as part of the team
- have enthusiasm for the job and be happy to serve on the register, explicit tables and do dishes
- be willing to start ASAP
