Reporting to the TMO Lead, this is a hands-on Project Manager role offering exposure to a broad range of strategic and operational initiatives. From business improvement and process optimisation through to commercial transformation and technology-enabled change, you'll play an important role in turning ideas into practical, measurable outcomes.

Unlike roles focused on delivering the same type of project repeatedly, this opportunity offers genuine variety, exposure to experienced senior stakeholders and the ability to see the direct impact of your work.

The Role

Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll take ownership of projects from initial scoping and planning through to implementation and successful handover.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the end-to-end delivery of business transformation and operational improvement projects.
- Translating strategic objectives into structured project plans, milestones and deliverables.
- Engaging and influencing stakeholders across different business functions and levels of seniority.
- Managing project timelines,



budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
- Establishing effective project governance, reporting and documentation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
- Supporting change management activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Bringing structure, accountability and momentum to projects where the path forward may not always be clearly defined.

About You

We're looking for a capable, commercially minded Project Manager who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving problems and making things happen.

You'll bring:

- Demonstrated experience delivering projects across business transformation, operational improvement or organisational change.
- Strong project planning, governance and delivery capabilities.
- The confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes without relying on formal authority.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to use data and evidence to inform decisions.
- Experience working across multiple functions, managing competing priorities and navigating ambiguity.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach, balancing structure and process with the flexibility to get things done.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego working style.

Experience across retail, hospitality, property, consumer-facing businesses or similarly operational environments would be advantageous, although candidates from other industries with strong transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
