ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking experienced Excavator and Bobcat Operators to join our team in Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and reliable operators looking for consistent, full-time work, competitive above-award rates and long-term opportunities.
You will operate excavators and bobcats across various worksites, supporting excavation, earthmoving and site preparation activities while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely and efficiently operate excavators and bobcats
Carry out excavation, trenching, loading and general earthworks
Assist with site preparation, levelling and clean-up
Follow site plans, instructions and safety procedures
Conduct daily equipment checks and report any issues
Work collaboratively with other operators and site personnel
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience operating excavators and bobcats
Experience in civil construction, earthmoving or similar environments
Relevant tickets, licences or qualifications
A current White Card (preferred)
A strong understanding of workplace health and safety
Good communication and teamwork skills
A reliable work ethic and punctuality
The ability to work independently and follow instructions
