TerraCom is seeking an experienced Mining Maintenance Supervisor for Blair Athol Coal Mine near Clermont, Central Queensland. You will lead maintenance crews, drive reliability, and ensure secure, timely equipment availability at a large open-cut operation.

You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, coordinate performance improvements, and maintain compliance with site safety and environmental standards while delivering cost-conscious maintenance execution.
