What's the Role?

You'll be the key link between customers, contractors, and internal teams, helping coordinate maintenance requests and ensuring jobs are completed smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Responding to maintenance requests via phone, email, and online portals
- Coordinating trades and maintenance works
- Keeping customers updated throughout the process
- Building strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders
- Managing records,



reports, and administration tasks with accuracy
- Resolving issues professionally and delivering exceptional customer service
- Contributing to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a rapid-paced environment
- High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Confident working to KPIs and performance targets
