Business critical role within the P&C; team focused on IR Law, Union Engagement, Drafting and Interpretation. Lead a small team of specialists!
The Opportunity
Join an established People and Culture team of approximately 30 people as an Employment and IR law specialist to work at a strategic level proving leadership and mentoring to the IR Team whilst working on Operational IR.
There will be a focus on building internal and external relationships, including with Unions, creating a team-oriented environment with regular forums and consultation meetings. You be a key member of enterprise bargaining with high EQ and strong drafting and interpretation skills. You will deliver accurate, clear and concise on Workplace relations matters.

About you
- 6+ PAE in Australian Employment Law
- Experience in providing advice on complex employment and industrial relations matters
