You will prioritise maintenance using MTBF/MTTR data and lead preventative and corrective tasks across the mix plant, packaging lines and palletising area. Requirements include Certificate III as a Mechanical Fitter (MEM30219 or equivalent), hands-on experience with pumps, valves, tanks, homogeniser and pasteuriser, and CMMS proficiency.
