LGAQ in Toowoomba Region seeks a strategic leader to guide the Council’s Community Development function. You will provide direction to deliver evidence-based programs, services and initiatives that respond to diverse community needs across the Toowoomba Region.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and drive the design, delivery and evaluation of place-based initiatives that strengthen the community, partnering with stakeholders to improve social outcomes and long-term resilience.
