Aurizon is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Adviser for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support our Network business in Rockhampton and through versatile arrangements. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across a range of operational, technical and frontline roles, partnering with leaders to deliver proactive attraction and hiring strategies.

Role involves high-volume campaigns, building pipelines with PageUp and LinkedIn Recruiter, and travelling to operational sites as required.
