Merse Wellness Spa is seeking a Regional Performance Manager to lead the performance of our spa network across Queensland. Based at our Virginia Support Office, you’ll support Spa Managers to deliver robust commercial results, consistent operations and exceptional guest experiences.
You’ll coach Spa Managers, drive revenue and profitability, monitor performance data, and implement practical plans while upholding health, safety and wellbeing across sites.
