In the role of Director, you will work closely with our C&IBCredit; & Execution team contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

You’ll make an impact each day by:

Lead NAB's Credit Structuring & Execution function based in Sydney, supporting our Corporate clients

Manage a team of bankers, driving performance, capability uplift and employee engagement

Partner with Coverage, Risk and Product teams to structure and execute complex lending and financing solutions

Hold significant accountability for portfolio performance, credit quality, customer outcomes and risk management

Operate across multiple industries and sectors, balancing strategic priorities while delivering outcomes for NAB's largest clients

You’ll bring to this role:

Extensive experience in Corporate,



Institutional or Specialised Finance banking environments, with deep credit and transaction execution expertise

Proven leadership capability, including leading large teams and developing high-performing banking professionals

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess complex transactions, risks and capital allocation opportunities

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence senior leaders, clients and risk partners

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidently wearing multiple hats across industry sectors, deal execution, portfolio management and people leadership
