We are seeking a reliable and experienced Kitchen & Joinery Designer / Project Coordinator to support our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and understand their project requirements.
- Prepare kitchen and custom joinery floor plans, elevations and basic 3D designs.
- Assist with quotations, material selections and order documentation.
- Coordinate with our overseas manufacturing team on designs and production.
- Review drawings, manage client approvals and follow up on project progress.
- Gradually assist with Arredo3 kitchen designs and order coordination.
Requirements
- Preferably 2–3+ years of Australian kitchen or custom joinery experience.
- Good understanding of cabinetry construction, materials, hardware and installation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, CabMaster, SketchUp or similar software.
- Good English communication and organisational skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented and interested in a long‑term position.
Experience with European kitchen brands is an advantage but not essential.
What We Offer
- $75,000–$85,000 + Super, depending on experience.
- Full-time, Monday-to-Friday position.
