Mondial Telephone Fundraising is a North Sydney contact centre agency partnering with Australian and Current Zealand charities. In this outbound role, you will call supporters who care about a cause, thank them for their generosity, and invite continued support.
You will work at least 25 hours per week, including two weekday evenings until 8pm and every second Saturday, on-site at the North Sydney office. Training is provided with ongoing coaching to grow your skills.
