/role:Our client, a chemical manufacturer, who supplies products to a variety of industries, including oil, gas, transportation, automotive and energy, are seeking a Part time Maintenance Administrator with experience using SAP, to join their Brisbane team. This role is casual on-going, 2/3 days per week with flexible
working hours
. The key purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the site engineering team and to ensure all maintenance documentation is readily available and auditable. Skills/experience: The required skills, knowledge and experience are:
- Experience in administration or a similar role is essential;
- SAP experience is desirable;
- High attention to detail and good organisational skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work in teams and autonomously if required;
- Microsoft Office PC applications and an aptitude to operate area specific computer systems;
- Experience working with contractors and trades people is desirable.
