About the Role
Next Tier Innovations (NTI) is a growing civil remediation business delivering specialist works across major infrastructure, tunnels, bridges, commercial and multi-residential projects. We are looking for an organised and proactive Scheduler to join our team and support the planning and coordination of our projects across multiple sites. Working closely with our operations team, project managers and site supervisors, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating labour and resources, and ensuring works are planned effectively to meet project deadlines. This is an key role within our business, helping us stay organised, plan ahead and deliver projects safely and efficiently. ##

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and update project schedules across multiple projects and sites.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, equipment and materials to meet upcoming work requirements.
- Liaise with project managers and site supervisors to understand project priorities and programme requirements.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify potential delays or resource conflicts.
- Prepare forward work plans and lookahead programmes.
- Coordinate upcoming mobilisations, site access requirements and workforce allocations.
- Track changes to project programmes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with identifying opportunities to improve resource utilisation and scheduling efficiency.




- Maintain accurate scheduling records and provide regular programme updates to management.
- Assist with recruitment to fulfil project requirements ## About You We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and confident communicating with people across all levels of a construction business. You will ideally have:
- Experience in a scheduling, planning or coordination role within construction or civil infrastructure.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- The ability to plan ahead, identify potential issues and find practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with site teams and management.
- Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and scheduling software.
