You will:
- Bring learning to life – deliver engaging, interactive and practical training that keeps students motivated and actively involved.
- Connect learning to the real world – create meaningful learning experiences that link theory with the day-to-day realities of aged care and disability support.
- Develop confident, capable graduates – conduct fair, consistent and competency-based assessments that allow students to demonstrate their skills and knowledge.
- Be a champion for your students – encourage, mentor and support learners throughout their journey,



helping them overcome challenges and reach their potential.
- Share your industry expertise – bring current industry knowledge and workplace experience into the classroom to ensure training reflects contemporary care practices.
- Create a positive learning environment – foster an inclusive, supportive and respectful environment where every student feels encouraged to succeed.
- Make an impact – deliver training and assessment for CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support, helping prepare students for meaningful careers supporting others. You’ll deliver training in line with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations, applicable state government funding requirements and MiHaven Training’s quality framework. About You You’re more than a trainer – you’re a great communicator, a supportive mentor and someone who genuinely cares about helping others succeed. You’ll bring:
- Training

qualifications:
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, an equivalent or higher recognised qualification or working towards achieving this qualification.
- Industry

experience:
Current and relevant experience in aged care, ageing support or disability support.
- Training and facilitation

skills:
Experience delivering engaging classroom, face-to-face and/or online training.




- Assessment capability: A sound understanding of competency-based assessment and the requirements of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2025.
- A commitment to quality: A willingness to maintain industry currency, undertake ongoing professional development and deliver training that meets regulatory requirements.
- A passion for people: A genuine desire to help students develop the confidence, skills and knowledge to build rewarding careers in the care sector.
