About b2wise b2wise is a supply chain planning software company specializing in AI and Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP). We help manufacturers and distributors improve service levels, reduce inventory and free up working capital, without the complexity of traditional planning systems. The role This is a senior new-business role for someone who knows supply chain planning from the inside and has a track record of closing complex software deals. You’ll own opportunities from discovery to signature. Marketing and our SDR/BDR team will support you, and you’ll also have the freedom to pursue Named Accounts and opportunities from your own network. You’ll help shape which markets we target and how we position b2wise in them. What you’ll do
- Lead discovery with senior operations, supply chain and finance stakeholders, and turn their challenges into compelling business cases
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles through evaluation, proposal, negotiation and close
- Develop agreed Named Accounts and generate new opportunities through your network, referrals and industry events




- Represent b2wise at conferences and trade shows as a credible voice in supply chain software
- Work with solution specialists on demos and make sure commitments to customers are accurate
- Help shape target verticals, messaging and sales materials with Marketing and the SDR/BDR team
- Keep HubSpot pipeline and forecasts accurate and based on evidence
- Use AI tools to speed up research, preparation and outreach
- Hand over cleanly to delivery team so recent customers start well What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with a deep understanding of demand planning, inventory, replenishment and working capital
- A proven record closing complex B2B software or solution sales
- An established network across supply chain and related industries
- Credibility and confidence with senior executives
- The independence to drive your own pipeline, and the willingness to work as part of a wider team
