U-Change Consulting Pty Ltd is growing, and we’re looking for kind, caring and reliable people to join our team as Disability Support Workers in Gladstone and Rockhampton, QLD. If you’re passionate about helping others and making a positive difference, we’d love to hear from you.

We offer

As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll support people with disabilities to live independently, build confidence, and participate fully in their community. What you'll be doing No two days are the same, but your role may include:
- Supporting daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation and household tasks
- Helping participants build independence and develop everyday life skills
- Supporting transport, appointments, shopping and community access
- Assisting participants to engage in UCC group programs and social activities
- Providing companionship, encouragement and emotional support
- Following individual support plans and behaviour support strategies where applicable
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns
- Completing accurate shift notes and working collaboratively with families and the UCC team What we're looking for We value attitude and compassion over experience. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
