The Opportunity Managing a diverse industrial and retail property portfolio, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day performance of the assets while building strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you will provide support and coordination of a vibrant industrial and retail property portfolio in NSW. Based in their modern office in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, you will be kept interested with a variety of accountabilities:
- Tenant liaison and relationship management
- Lease administration and lease implementations




- Rent collection and arrears management (Yardi experience or equivalent preferred)
- Working in conjunction with the FM team in responding to maintenance, reactive works and facilities-related issues
- Management of outgoings, including council rates, land tax and insurance matters
- Working closely with asset management and finance teams to optimise the portfolio performance
- Assisting with reporting, budgeting and portfolio administration
- Supporting acquisition and property transition activities as required About You: We're looking for someone who is confident, motivated, and eager to build a long-term career in commercial property. You don't need to know everything, but you do need to be willing to roll your sleeves up, ask questions and get involved. You'll likely bring:
- 2-5 years' experience within commercial, industrial, retail or mixed-use property management
- Current Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration, plus ideally tertiary qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to pick up the phone and solve problems
- Experience managing leases, tenants and arrears
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work
- The ability to prioritise competing tasks and work independently
- A positive, team-first attitude
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and take on more responsibility over time
