About the Role
We are seeking meticulous and reliable High Care Washroom Cleaners to join our sanitation and facility maintenance team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role focused on performing deep cleaning, sanitation, and ongoing maintenance of high-care washrooms, change rooms, and hygiene stations across our Karawatha facility. You will ensure all amenities meet strict food safety, GMP, and infection control standards to prevent cross-contamination in our production environment. ##

Key Responsibilities

- Deep Sanitation: Perform detailed cleaning, scrubbing, and chemical disinfection of washrooms, change rooms, hand-washing stations, and high-care entry points.
- Consumable Replenishment: Restock soaps, sanitizers, paper towels, PPE, and automated hygiene dispensers.
- Compliance & Standards: Strictly adhere to HACCP, GMP, site hygiene protocols, and chemical safety guidelines at all times.




- Waste & Hazard Management: Safely remove and dispose of facility waste following strict site hygiene protocols.
- Inspection & Auditing: Conduct regular checks to ensure equipment is fully operational and report any maintenance, leak, or fixture issues to your supervisor.
- Manual Handling: Perform repetitive cleaning duties, stand/walk for extended periods, and safely handle cleaning products and equipment. ## What We're Looking For

Experience:
Background in commercial cleaning, industrial hygiene, high-care sanitation, or food manufacturing facility maintenance.
- Safety & Hygiene First: Deep understanding of sanitation protocols, cross-contamination risks, and personal hygiene standards.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable standing, bending, and carrying out physical tasks across an 8-hour shift.
- Reliability: Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently or within the broader site operations team.
- Availability: Available to work at least 3 days per week on 8-hour shifts ##
