We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced Male Disability Support Worker to join our team and support teenage participant with complex support needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Disability Support Worker.
- Experience supporting teenage participants with autism, schizophrenia, and behaviours of concern, including physical aggression.
- Nursing background preferred but not essential.
- Solid communication, patience, and positive behaviour support skills.
- Ability to remain calm and follow behaviour support plans during challenging situations.
