Extra Mile Air & Solar is a locally owned, family-run business looking for a qualified air conditioning tradesperson to join our team. You’ll enjoy varied local work, a company vehicle and fuel card and your weekends free.

What you’ll be doing

- Installing split and ducted air conditioning systems.
- Servicing systems,



finding faults and carrying out repairs.
- Working on residential homes and builder projects.
- Taking the lead on site and helping apprentices build their skills.
- Keeping customers, site supervisors and our office team informed.
- Leaving every job clean, tidy and finished to a standard you’re proud of.

What you’ll bring

- Relevant air conditioning trade qualifications and a current refrigerant handling licence.
- A current driver’s licence and White Card.
- Reliability, initiative and attention to detail.
- A practical approach to solving problems.
- A good attitude towards customers, teammates and apprentices.
