Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to identify efficiency gaps, uncover improvement opportunities, and develop actionable plans that drive meaningful change

- Contribute to the design, developmentand execution of digital solutions and AI/automation projects aimed at improving business performance

- Support change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies

- Assist in project governance, including tracking milestones, managing risks, and preparing progress reports for leadership

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Completed degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or STEM with excellent grades;

- Experience or a robust interest in developing automation and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform,



particularly Power Automate, Copilot Agents and Power Apps;

- Experience in business analysis or consulting, through work experience, or university case competition;

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders;

- A passion for driving change and improving business processes;

- A curious and growth-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges

The role can be based in either Sydney or Brisbane.
