Ark Swimwear is an Australian swimwear brand worn by Kim Kardashian, Miley Cyrus, Emily Ratajkowski and Salma Hayek.

We’re building our marketing team as we prepare for new swimwear, new campaigns, a redesigned website and more personal ways to connect with our customer community in 2027.

We’re looking for a Content & Partnerships Executive with a great visual eye, strong practical AI skills and the initiative to turn ideas into excellent finished work.

The prospect

Help bring Ark’s next campaigns to life through imagery and video. We’re exploring how AI can expand what we create: testing visual concepts, developing consistent campaign imagery and producing content with considered lighting, styling and atmosphere, while keeping the swimwear true to the product.

You’ll have room to experiment, bring ideas forward and see your work used across the brand. Bring strong creative judgement and practical experience creating with AI; there’s scope to develop your workflow skills as the tools and our creative ambitions evolve.

We’re planning specialist support to establish our initial creative workflows. You’ll help test, use and improve them, with opportunities to adapt or build further workflows where they would make a practical difference.

Alongside the creative work, you’ll look after gifting and partnerships, including creator and celebrity gifting, stylist pulls and the relationships behind them.

This is a hands-on executive role with no people-management responsibilities. You’ll work closely with our founder and systems team, with agreed priorities, clear brand direction, access to feedback and independence in everyday execution.

What you’ll work on

Create and finish visual content: Turn briefs and approved references into imagery and short-form video. Generate, refine, retouch and check the results for accurate swimwear, natural detail and consistency across a campaign.



Help coordinate agreed shoots and specialist contributors to bring concepts through to finished work.

Bring campaigns to our channels: Prepare content that helps customers discover Ark, understand the product and connect with the brand:

- Social: plan Instagram feeds, Stories, Reels, TikTok content and captions, bringing together imagery, video, campaign ideas and product education.
- eDMs, SMS and MMS: prepare email copy, subject lines, layouts and imagery, plus SMS and MMS messages. Check links, product details, consistency and test versions against the campaign brief.
- Meta ad assets: create images, videos, edits and creative variations. Suggest tests and improvements, then refine the work using campaign feedback.
- Website assets: prepare, check and update website imagery, videos and banners, keeping content accurate, consistent and up to date.

Take content through review and revisions, then schedule or publish it through the agreed approval process. Nurture gifting and partnerships: Coordinate creator and celebrity gifting, stylist pulls, communication and follow-up. Nurture relationships, find people who suit Ark and bring worthwhile opportunities to the team. Monitor tags and organise permitted reuse of creators’ original images, unchanged.

Make good work easier to repeat: Keep our photo and video library practical: organise files and versions, maintain usage and credit records, find suitable material and identify gaps.

Use Codex and creative AI tools to improve prompts and workflows, and record useful methods. Work from approved guidance and flag anything missing or contradictory. Investigate ideas, tools and content opportunities,



and bring a recommendation that explains the potential value, effort and next step.

You’ll solve practical problems and take care of delivery and quality. Our founder sets brand direction; decisions about brand guidance, budgets and significant commitments stay with the founder or appropriate owner.

What you’ll bring A strong visual eye: a feel for composition, light, colour, styling and pacing, and the attention to detail to recognise what needs refining.

Practical AI and editing skills: examples of work you’ve created and improved. You’re comfortable refining imagery and editing short-form video, and can explain your choices.

Curiosity with judgement: you notice what could be better, investigate intelligently and bring a recommendation. You know when to keep experimenting and when to finish and deliver.

Reliable follow-through: you write clearly, communicate warmly, keep work organised and carry useful ideas through to completion without needing every step assigned.

Experience using, adapting or building workflows in ComfyUI or similar node-based tools would be highly regarded, but isn’t essential. We’re interested in how you think, create and learn.

Experience producing social, email, messaging or advertising content is useful. Gifting, stylist pulls or asset management experience is welcome. We care about the quality of your work and how you approach it.
