FinXL is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading client on a key transformation engagement. Responsibilities
- Maintain project tracking tools for deliverables, expenditure, actions, and risks.
- Coordinate key forums, including pack preparation, scheduling, and minute taking.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute operational and executive status reporting.
- Manage and maintain Jira boards, tracking delivery commitments and anomalies.
- Enhance reporting efficiency using advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Drive data quality, standardised templates, and workflow automation.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across remediation and leadership teams. Key Skills & Experience




- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in complex project environments.
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
- Hands-on experience creating dashboards, pivot tables, and visual reports.
- Strong capability in project controls, governance, and delivery tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
