About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Installations Coordinator to join our team at Hazelmere. Reporting to the Installations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating installation schedules, supporting customers and contractors and ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily tank installation schedules across Australia
- Manage installation bookings, reschedules and job updates
- Liaise with customers, installers, plumbers and contractors
- Work closely with Logistics, Planning and Sales teams
- Monitor installation progress and maintain accurate records
- Process installation invoicing and related administration
- Resolve scheduling issues and support operational requirements
- Promote compliance, safety and continuous improvement initiatives About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in administration, scheduling, coordination or customer service
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong organisational time management abilities




- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced workplace
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365
