About the role
We're seeking a motivated Senior Sales Agent to join our collaborative team and support the delivery of a premium real estate experience across Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

- Managing the client and buyer database, identifying opportunities and setting appointments
- Prospecting in person and by phone
- Assisting with open homes and buyer appointments
- Following up with buyers and responding to enquiries by phone and email
- Liaising professionally with vendors, buyers and trusted partners
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day campaign and administrative tasks
- Undertaking other duties as required About you
- At least one years' experience in a real estate sales support or co-agent role
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Initiative, attention to detail and high professional standards
- Accountability for your work and a drive to meet agreed targets
- The ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
- Confidence working collaboratively with clients, colleagues and industry partners




- Experience with Agentbox is an advantage, but not essential
- Must hold the relevant Victorian registration or licence required for the duties of the role
- Must have ABN
