About Us
FLOMA is a current specialty coffee and matcha café opening in mid-November in Waterloo. We're looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced part-time barista to join our growing team What We're Looking For:
- Previous barista experience is essential.
- Confident in making high-quality espresso-based coffees and latte art.
- Able to independently open the café and manage morning operations.
- Comfortable working independently and handling busy periods.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and a positive team player.
- Available to work 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day each week.
What We Offer
- 3 shifts per week (2 weekdays + 1 weekend day).
- Daytime shifts within our café operating hours of 7 am–2 pm (Monday-Sunday)
