If so — we want YOU to lead Visual Merchandising at Victoria’s Secret Karrinyup What You’ll Do Create Stunning Retail Moments
- Plan and execute seasonal and promotional merchandising strategies
- Deliver compelling in-store presentations that drive customer engagement and sales Lead with Purpose
- Guide and empower the VM team to deliver consistent, high-quality execution
- Ensure brand standards are maintained at all times Strategise & Execute with Excellence
- Manage floor layouts, fixture updates, and VM directives
- Partner closely with store leadership to prioritise key commercial zones Build Team Capability
- Coach team members on VM techniques, tools, and brand styling guidelines What We’re Looking For
- Tertiary qualifications in Visual Merchandising or a related field




- Experience in VM leadership within a dynamic retail environment
- Proficiency in design software (Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, Photoshop)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
