JOB TITLE: Dispatch Team Member AREA/DEPARTMENT: Dispatch
- Supply Chain Team MANAGER: Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor JOB SCOPE: As a Dispatch Team Member, you are responsible for picking of customer orders for dispatch, receival, organisation, and efficient operation of the warehouse. The warehouse is a key space at Brookfarm as almost all stock passes through this area, it is vitally important that this space is well managed and efficiently functioning. This role will include liaison and coordination between other Brookfarm Teams to ensure we meet our customer requirements. Fulltime hours available – Monday to Friday, flexible on part-time hours to suit the right candidate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




Pick and Pack of customer orders Loading and unloading of delivery trucks Maintaining the warehouse to a food safety standard Review sales orders in ERP system to coordinate dispatch of orders Periodic stocktaking Stock rotation Ensuring work is conducted safely in accordance with Company and OH+S Procedures Other tasks as set by your supervisor ABOUT YOU: Current Forklift licence (NSW) would be desirable not essential Experience in Food Manufacturing Production environments Previous experience as Team Member in Warehouse and Dispatch Operations Sound computer skills, and experience working with a Warehouse/Dispatch software programs Positive attitude and team focused with the ability to work in a dynamic work workplace
