About Us
Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers is a busy Italian restaurant specialising in authentic Italian gnocchi, pasta and quality food. We pride ourselves on delivering delicious meals, excellent service and a consistent dining experience. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Casual Chef to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Manage food preparation and maintain an organised kitchen.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Monitor stock levels, food rotation and minimise waste.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Take initiative, solve problems and contribute to smooth kitchen operations. Requirements
- Previous experience working as a chef in a commercial kitchen.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.




- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures.
- Positive attitude, reliability and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Experience with Italian cuisine is highly regarded.
