- End-to-end portfolio management
- Routine,
ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Maintenance coordination
- Lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears management
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records ## About You We're looking for someone who has:
- 1 years experience in residential property management
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
