- Established doctor databases and client relationships
- Join a team of existing high-performing recruiters
- Incoming doctor leads per week based on a recent month's activity
- Proven medical locum desks with significant growth opportunities You'll be joining a team that knows how to make placements 2. PROPER HANDOVER & A DEDICATED SALES MANAGER You'll report directly to the Head of Locum Recruitment, who will personally support your onboarding and full desk handover. You'll have ongoing support helping to identify opportunities, develop relationships, win business, and grow your billings. You won’t be handed a laptop and told to get on with it 3. RECRUITERS RECRUIT. SUPPORT SUPPORTS. We've invested heavily in our compliance, logistics and post-placement support teams. Our dedicated teams help look after credentialing, travel, accommodation, timesheets and placement administration. You focus on speaking to doctors, building relationships and making placements. 4.
