About the Role
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Enrolled Nurses (EN) for community‑based opportunities across Brisbane.
This is not high‑volume agency work, you will:
- Work with complex and meaningful cases
- Be supported by experienced clinicians
- Deliver care in participants’ homes and community settings
- Build long‑term skilled relationships with participants
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, person‑centred care to participants with complex needs
- Support high‑intensity clinical care (with training and supervision), including: spinal injury care, wound care, continence support and catheter care, medication assistance
- Contribute to care planning and clinical oversight (RN)
- Support and guide support staff where required (RN)
- Follow care plans and positive behaviour support strategies
