Delight Dental Spa is looking for a driven sales skilled to convert patient enquiries into booked consultations and help patients move forward with treatment. Based primarily at Eastgardens, you’ll manage enquiries across our Eastgardens and Mascot practices and coordinate other intake team members.

The role

Build rapport, understand patients’ concerns and confidently secure the next booking.

Convert inbound calls and online enquiries, and proactively follow up unbooked leads.

Explain consultation options, indicative fees and payment pathways accurately.

Coordinate treatment, reactivate outstanding treatment plans and manage recalls.

Own your HubSpot pipeline and track your results through Aircall and your dashboard.

Keep bookings, records and follow-up tasks accurate and up to date.

Coordinate other intake team members through workload allocation, training and call-quality feedback.

Who we’re looking for

You have demonstrated results in consultative sales, phone-based conversion, appointment setting or treatment coordination. You enjoy clear targets, take ownership of your numbers and actively look for ways to improve.





Regular call reviews, practical coaching and direct, constructive feedback are part of how we work. You’ll bring resilience, initiative and a willingness to apply feedback, alongside careful attention to detail and genuine respect for patients and teammates.

Dental experience is highly regarded. Strong candidates from healthcare, aesthetics and other service-based sales roles are encouraged to apply. We provide structured training in our treatments, patient journeys and systems.

What we offer

$85,000 annualised salary plus super.

$97,000 on-target earnings plus super, including a $12,000 annual performance incentive at target.

38 ordinary hours across four weekdays, with Tuesday as your regular day off.

Expected roster: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 7:45 am–5:45 pm, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Regular coaching, visible performance metrics and opportunities to grow with our intake team.

Incentives reward enquiry conversion and treatment recovery, subject to the scheme’s patient-care, accuracy and team standards. OTE reflects earnings at target performance and is not guaranteed.
