You’ll work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, resident-centred care across a range of aged care services. - Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing individualised treatment plans
- Delivering rehabilitation, falls prevention, and mobility programs
- Collaborating with nursing, lifestyle, and care staff to support resident wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with aged care standards About You
- Degree-qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration
