About the role
Wingate Avenue Children’s Co-op is seeking expressions of interest from passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our community-focused, not-for-profit early learning service. We welcome applications from educators who hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, as well as those who are currently studying towards this qualification. We believe children learn best when they feel safe, valued, heard and connected. Our practice is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, with a strong focus on relationships, children’s voices, curiosity, exploration and recognising children as capable and active participants in their learning. About you We are looking for educators who: Are passionate about children’s learning, wellbeing and development. Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or are currently studying towards this qualification. Prioritise child safety, wellbeing and protection in all aspects of their practice. Understand and embrace their responsibilities as child-safe professionals. Are committed to creating safe, inclusive, respectful and welcoming environments for every child. Are inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and view children as capable, curious and competent learners. Value meaningful relationships, connection and community.



Are committed to reflective practice and ongoing professional learning. Enjoy working collaboratively with children, colleagues and families. Value play-based, child-led and inquiry-based learning. Bring warmth, positivity, initiative and a genuine willingness to contribute to our team.
