Senior IGA Specialist (Saviynt / SailPoint)

Salary:
$165,000 to $210,000 AUD plus super, depending on consulting and client engagement experience

Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney or Perth, hybrid. Melbourne considered for exceptional candidates.
- Type: Permanent, full time
- Split: roughly 70 to 75% hands-on implementation, 25 to 30% stakeholder engagement What you’ll actually do
- Run current state assessments and stakeholder interviews, and turn the findings into transparent requirements
- Produce solution designs, architecture diagrams and as-built documentation, and present them to client design authorities
- Configure and deploy Saviynt EIC across identity lifecycle, access requests, certifications and role management
- Build HR-driven Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes and integrate target applications using REST, SCIM, JDBC and directory connectors

- Experience leading Saviynt IGA implementations end to end (strong SailPoint experience will also be considered)
- Strong hands-on configuration across workflows, lifecycle states, access reviews, rules and RBAC
- HR as the authoritative source for JML, and application integration experience
- Excellent written communication, with design documentation you have personally owned
- Confidence engaging client stakeholders and presenting technical designs *Nice to have

- SQL and scripting in an IGA context
- Saviynt custom JARs or SailPoint BeanShell and Java
- Saviynt L100 and L200 certifications
